Many times all you need to do is upload your file. However, if you need to provide order infomration, then there are certain fields we must have you complete to make certain we know all we need to know about your order. So the short answer is that we wanted to make certain you weren't required to provide a bunch of order information just to upload a file. Also, if you do need to provide order information, often you've already provided your files.

Why are "Upload a File" and "Submit an Order" Separate?
When I Click the "Uload a File" or "Submit an Order" button it asks me to login, but I don't have an account. How do I get an account so I can login?
If you don't yet have an account, you can simply click the "Create new account" link that appears right above the login form. Once you create your account you'll receive an email confirmation and then you'll be able to simply login using the username and password you created during signup.
What if I need to upload a file AND submit an order?
That's easy, just click the "Upload a File" link and complete the form to upload your file. Once you've finished that and clicked the "Save" button you can then click on the "Submit an Order" link and provide all your order information.
